So.... yesterday morning my mom told us that she was leaving for a while. Not to my suprise, but my little sister did not understand. She kept asking why she couldnt go and why mommy didnt love her, and why she had to stay here. My mom just got really upset and wouldnt explain anything to her. Not to my suprise.

My mom ususally picks me and my cousin up from our late class at school. My step-father did. Not to my suprise. I couldnt tell my cousin where my mother had gone, because i didnt know. But not to my suprise later I found out she had checked in to an extremely extravagant hotel and booked a spa day - even though her and my step-father have been at our throats talking about how we dont have the kind of money we used to and we have to make sacrifices. Not to my suprise. I never got a sweet 16 birthday party...
